With more than 20 years of nursing experience and 14 years specializing in care coordination and discharge planning, I am passionate about helping seniors and their families navigate healthcare and care transitions with confidence.
My journey began as a Licensed Practical Nurse and continued through becoming a Registered Nurse, earning both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, and becoming a Licensed and Certified Assisted Living Facility Manager. My diverse healthcare experience includes acute care, long-term care, behavioral health, home health, case management, utilization review, discharge planning, and transitional care.
As a Chicago native who has called Arizona home for more than a decade, I bring a unique blend of professional expertise and genuine compassion to every individual and family I serve.
At the heart of my work are three values: dignity, integrity, and respect. I believe every senior deserves compassionate, personalized care and the opportunity to age with dignity.
