Meet Our Founder

Born and raised in the vibrant city of Chicago, I have always carried with me the values of hard work, resilience, compassion, and community. More than a decade ago, I relocated to Arizona, where I have continued to build both my professional career and my life.

My journey in nursing began more than 20 years ago as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Through dedication, continued education, and a passion for helping others, I became a Registered Nurse in 2010, earned my Bachelor of Science degree in 2014, and completed my Master of Science degree in 2018. In 2024, I became licensed and certified as an Assisted Living Facility Manager, further expanding my knowledge and commitment to quality senior care.

Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience across a wide range of healthcare settings, including acute care, long-term care, behavioral health, home health, hospital case management, utilization review, discharge planning, and chronic, disease, and transitional case management. I also have experience in travel nursing and have worked with various Managed Care Organizations and Indian Health Services.

With 14 years of experience in care coordination and discharge planning, I understand how complex navigating the healthcare system can be for individuals and their families. My goal has always been to help make that journey more understandable, coordinated, and compassionate.

Beyond my professional experience, I have a deep love and compassion for seniors. I believe every individual deserves to be treated with dignity, integrity, kindness, and respect. These values are at the heart of everything I do and are the foundation upon which I built this company.

Outside of my career, I am a proud mother of two adult children—a son and a daughter—and I have a passion for international travel. My life experiences, both personal and professional, have shaped my belief that caring for others is more than a profession; it is a privilege and a responsibility.

I am honored to use my years of nursing and care management experience to serve individuals and families and to help create a care experience centered on compassion, dignity, trust, and respect.
